@charlielikeswater The first lobster I’ve ever grabbed while diving that molted *in* my dive bag. A small/medium size softshell is without a doubt my favorite lobster to eat. Not easy to find in stores or restaurants, even near the coast, because they don’t hold up well through the supply chain and for the most part, a dead lobster is a worthless lobster. They also have lower yield, which isn’t great if you’re trying to get the most bang for your buck when making a lobster roll.
